[Sangam-user] Problem starting "Server"

I'm having problem with sangam. When I try starting
the "Server", i got the following on the shell
console:

Do Nothing

Sound like I've to set up my Syncshare server, and
start it indepent of eclipse . The "Start/Stop Pair
Programming server" in the "Syncshare Admin" is
unclear. I toke it that the  Pair Programming server
and Syncshare server is the same when i read the
document, and the note in 2.2 [Make sure server is
started] on the "Installation & Setup Guide" means
going to the "Syncshare Admin" and press start.

I'm confused.
