Log Message:
fixed the issue where new users couldn't get past the config screen,
so "confirm_delete" needs to be "on" or "off" not 1 or 0 in order for
the HTML checkbox stuff to work correctly.
now that i have that figured out, i'm pretty close to actually being
able to set this pref :)
