[Sandweb-devel] some clearification regarding to sandweb

Hi

                  I read dome information regarding to sandweb, I came to
know that it was the web based cvs tool, I am in need of small information
regarding to the tool, I want to be clear whether the tool supports the
windows operating system, please give some information regarding to the
subject
