[Sandweb-devel] Login problem

Hi All

I'm probably being stupid but I can't figure out what I've done wrong,
please help.

I have created users and I get past the login page, the next page its
says "No config file cound for 'cvsuser', enter configuration.", I enter
the Full Name, click "go" and get sent backup to the login
screen....WTF???
