[Sandweb-devel] Windows SandWeb Install

It appears that this project is very quiet now, but I was wondering if 
anyone could help:

I've installed the required Perl and Cygwin modules to this WinXP machine.

Perl Makefile.PL seems to run correctly.  But, when I run "make" I get the 
following:

make: *** No rule to make target `C:\Perl\lib^', needed by `Makefile'.  
Stop.


Any suggestions on what could cause this?
