[Sandweb-users] XML-Simple error

hi!
I've got this error while i've installed
XML-Simple-2.14 (perl module), in
"make test" :

Unable to recognise encoding of this document at
/usr/local/share/perl/5.8.4/XML/SAX/PurePerl/EncodingDetect.pm
line 96.

How can i fix it? May it do SandWeb do not work
correctly?

I've saw the line 96 in
usr/local/share/perl/5.8.4/XML/SAX/PurePerl/EncodingDetect.pm
but i did
not understand.


I'm using perl 5.8.4-8 and HTML-Template-2.8, 
Test-Harness-2.56,
Test-Simple-0.62, XML-NamespaceSupport-1.09,
XML-SAX-0.13.
