[Sandweb-users] sandweb download file corrupted`

When I download the default version of sandweb from source forge 
the tar file is corrupt - checksum error when you untar 
it. When I attempt to run perl Makefile.PL I get an error 
that the MANIFEST list cannot find many of the 
expected files. 
This was done with wget to get the file down to my 
Solaris 2.8 unix machine.

When I download 1-0-RC4 the file contents are perfect 
and I can install it. Can someone update the default currrent
download file?
