[Sandweb-users] backslashes

I am still trying to figure out how to keep Sandweb from removing the
backslash from a user name.  Is there some perl module that I could edit
the source code in to fix this problem? Or something else that I might
try? I really need to get around this problem in some way. Any help
would be great.
