I'm going to try to reproduce this one soon. I'm putting it in the bug tracker for now. I thought I had worked with some pretty big modules, but it sounds like you have alot more .. :) ( I have used SandWeb on real CVS repos since the Alpha release ). I'll get it fixed before RC3.
