[Sandweb-users] how to run sandweb

Hi, I have installed sandweb successfully by cygwin under win2k. But I 
don't know how to run it properly. 

sandweb-admin is installed into /usr/local/bin and
sandweb.cgi is installed into /var/www/cgi-bin

Can I browse it by IE under windows2000 OS? But what should I type at 
address field of IE? Can I commit new file to cvs repository through 
sandweb? pls give some idea! thanks a lot!
