[Sandweb-users] expat Module

According with the install documentation:

SandWeb requires perl 5.6, and the following Perl modules must 
    be installed :

   * expat (v1.95.1+)

Where I can get this module? I was checking on http://www.cpan.org , but I
can't found it.
