#22 interface to bug tracking systems

It would be really neat to have a simple interface to
bug tracking systems, I'd like to take a closer look at
some of the Mozilla tools ( bugzilla, bonsai, etc. )

Maybe being able to specify a keyword in commit messages
( e.g. "BUGNO:323" ) and have it be automagically
expanded into a link to a bugtracker.
