#21 interface to build system

It would be cool to have a nice simple interface to
a build system.

It could be an easy plugin architecture, that just requires
the user to write a little executable script and drop
it into
a directory ( maybe their user directory? ) that calls
their
build system ( ant, debian/rules, make, etc. )
