#28 Funny interface to create random decks from pools, players take cards from the table.

It could be interesting to add an interface where players see several cards, from a card pool, faced down on the table and take turns to pick cards to create their decks. This could be available just before the game UI is created (separated view).
This feature is merely a cosmetic/bonus feature with low priority.
