[Sandler-develop] Gilmore, the client API

So I decided to move the client api fragments I had started out into
it's own sister jar, currently named Gilmore. The intent is to create a
complete toolkit for doing client side Atom API implementations.

So on that note, to avoid the commons-* nightmare, if anyone has a link
to a useful (and opensource) HTTP toolkit (other than
commons-httpclient) I would love the link
