#1 Additional namespace elements

would it be possible to expand Sandler to allow creation
of elements from other namespaces? I'm thinking in
particular of dc:subject.

I've looked through the code a bit, and it seems that the
XML text is generated as text. Would it be possible to
implement using an XML library/JAXP? This would make a
lot of this functionality (including XML escaping) much
easier.
