#8 LocalizedXHTMLFormAdaptor

create a LocalizedXHTMLFormAdaptor that extends
XHTMLFormAdaptor
and then overrides the XHTML generator methods to retrieve
things
from a resource bundle.

The resource should be structured in an easily editable fashion,
with the action text mappings, folowed by the field constant
names. A generator should create a default version of this file
which can be used as a model/default.
