I have added a generic requirement document to a word
query program--naturally mainly for sanat program but
it can be used with other projects as well.

I have submitted the initial release to public. Actually, it is a version that I finished more than a month ago and I have changed quite lot after that. I'll submit new version for evaluation when it is more stable (or if someone insists to get that...). Only text interface this time but this is tested in both Linux and Windows (you'll need Perl). Web will be in the next release.
