[Samtools-help] support to CRAM gzip

Hi,

I noticed samtools works perfectly fine with gzip SAM and BAM files, but it
does not work (to my knowledge) with gzip CRAM. Is there any reason for
this? Is there any plan to implement support to gzip CRAM directly?
