[Samtools-help] consensus not recognized

Hi,

I am trying to generate a consensus sequence from a .BAM file using Samtools. I found it was developed for Samtools1.2. However, when calling the function consensus, it is not recognized. The function mpileup is recognized.

Could you tell me what is the issue, please?
