Nothing terribly exciting in this release...

- CalculateHsMetrics.java: Added validation that bait and target files are the same reference as the reads.

- ExtractSequences.java: Added a new tool to extract subsequences from a fasta file.

- Provide more informative error message when countMismatches has an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.
