SampTrac: Sample Tracking Software for High-Throughput Solexa Sequencing

This application utilizes a schema designed to track individual DNA samples as they move through the process of Solexa sequencing. To expedite the public release of sequencing data the schema includes three tables from the GDPDM, the schema in use in Panzea's Molecular and Functional Diversity module. The software and schema are designed to accommodate sample multiplexing done by way of oligonucleotide "barcodes".
