#20 SampleICC 1.6.10 doesn't compile on OSX

SampleICC 1.6.10 doesn't compile at all on OSX. You can't even run the configure script. It appears that all of the newline characters have been converted to carriage returns (windows new lines) ^M vs \n

This is on OSX 10.11

I think this is due to the loss of .tar.gz archives (only .zip are present now, even for older releases that used to have .tar.gz archives available).
