#18 Tools/CmdLine/IccRoundTrip/Makefile.in missing

Tools/CmdLine/IccRoundTrip/Makefile.in is absent from the tree, which causes configure to fail for me on OS X.

Being based on autotools, the build system obviously has other problems as well, so I just hacked around the build failures in order to get working binaries, but the missing Makefile.in suggests that there have been changes made to the build system without committing the associated files generated by autotools.
