#9 Cleanup data dictionary queries

the dictionary panel has queries to retrieve data for the
oracle data dictionary. It currently exclude names with
dollar signs or pound signs because of the problem of
representing them in xml.

a) look into escaping these chars with the   type
convention
b) improve data dictionary queries
