Proper file globbing was not used to refer to multiple source source files added in r.

The attached patch should fix that.

Please also consider the rest of the patch re doxygen, as the rest was added to facilitate packaging for Fedora.

Latest patch also includes the possibility for linking against an extral lib3ds (Fedora packaging does not allow bundled libs).
