just re-installed Salient with XFCE4 as a desktop.Got everything installed and working right. Then first thing I did was open terminal and did sudo reflect then update-upgare the system. Its now running 5.5.10 kernel with no problems at that time.
On wednesday when I started up the system,I went into apps store and now it shows No Packages Found. It still updates okay, and shows installed programs, just nothing new to choose from.
I was wondering if this had been reported already,or maybe my system has gone wonky. As far as I can check everything else on here is running fine.
Rechecked pacman store. Its seems only catagories shows no packages found.Groups and repositories show up fine. Strange.

You mean pamac, from the system tray? The software updater / installer. If you do another: sudo reflect, then do: pacupd it will refresh the mirrors. Then open pamac and you should see packages listed.

Its only in the main, catagories, that it shows the message.Whether I trysoftware link or add and remove all the catagories are empty.I can still get updates either thru terminal or the toolbar link, buts it.As I said both Salient and Arco have the same problem.I haven't tried any other Arch yet to see if this is happening else where too.

To be fair to pamac, it is not intended to be a software store in the traditional sense you may understand them. It is primaily for showing what is installed, updates available and for installing software from either the connected repositories or by searching.
Try clicking on the dotted virtical menu and refreshing the databases, then quit pamac. Then go to the System menu and choose Add Remove Software to reload it. It might be out of sync.

sorry Silent, that didn't work either.I went thru preferances to check that something checked differently but it was okay.I also retied a couple more times, refreshing everytime.Nothing changes.
