SAINT V3

We have addressed numerous comments from the users and improved our software. The beta version will be released shortly.

Major changes:
1. MCMC has been removed and fast point estimation is in place! Large datasets can be analyzed within a minute or less.
2. Reformat function has been removed, to simplify the procedure.
3. Additional score that incorporates topological information will be reported.
