#18 SAINTq error: St12out_of_range

Hello,

I am trying to run SAINTq on the files attached herewith and I run into this error:

St12out_of_range vector::_M_range_check: __n (which is 0) >= this->size() (which is 0)

Could you please help me understand where I am going wrong?
