Sailcut CAD 0.7.0 release

The Sailcut CAD project is pleased to announce release 0.7.0 of its sail plotting package. This release features a redesigned user-interface, export to Carlson plotters and a rig viewer where you can assemble several sails. Sailcut CAD now also uses a preference file to store user settings such as preferred language and most recently used sails.
