Sailcut CAD 0.5.0 release

The Sailcut CAD project is pleased to announce release 0.5.0 of its sail plotting package. This release brings a number of improvements both to the sail layout code and to the user interface. File output has also been improved, making it possible to output the developped sail's panels to XML or plaintext files.
