Hello Chamindra, all, Well, some information regarding this: 1) I have added a front page to the EDRS server (where the PootleServer http://ots.nursix.org is hosted). This page provides all recent news and general information about the EDRS - just to provide some quality of service. You may access this site at http://edrs.nursix.org 2) The Pootle itself contains some general help on using Pootle, as well as some links to external resources where you can read more about it. While this is not enough (especially regarding the workflow), I will surely put some more information to the EDRS and/or the nursix.org Wiki, and link this from the PootleServer's Homepage. 3) I'm currently elaborating particular workflows, but the general workflow is as follows: - the administrator (i.e. me :-$ ) sets up projects and languages, and loads up the template files - every registered user can make suggestions to each and every translation in progress on the server - certain users will be approved as "Translation Reviewers/Maintainers" for a particular language, and those will review (and accept/decline) the suggestions made or add their own translations - everybody, registered or not, can always download the latest .po/.mo files for each language directly from the PootleServer and install them directly to Sahana. The Sahana team may consider to take up a particular translation to the original distribution, but this is not implicitly neccessary (I'd rather suggest to take the translations into the demo at sahana.lk :-) ). 4) To become a "Translation Reviewer/Maintainer" you should be a native speaker of the particular language and kinda familiar with Sahana, i.e. you should at least be registered to one of the mailing lists of the Sahana community. 5) I'll leave the PootleServer running as long as I'm able to fund and maintain it, regardless of a probable installation on sahana.lk - in case the Sahana core team once will set up a PootleServer on sahana.lk, I'll consider to shrink the EDRS installation to european languages. I think there's nothing wrong with that, especially since Pootle devours the more system resources the more languages you install. 6) I'm unsure if it makes sense to take up unstable template files. Of course you can once "merge" the files, but that way you may probably double the work.
