Animate weather icons is possible on weather widget or main weather screen.  Possibly just the main icon not the forecast ones as this might just be too busy.

Jeremy - to source weather icon images that we can animate.
Ken - Code if possible fading from one png to the next and repeat to give illusion of animation.
