SAGA 9.6.0 released

we like to announce the release of SAGA version 9.6.0. Features addressed with this version include further improvements for spatial reference system definitions switching to WKT-2 as internal reference, enhanced dark mode support, and some adjustments with respect to the upcoming wxWidgets-3.3 release. Probably most notable is the delayed tool library loading mechanism, in particular when using SAGA through saga_cmd or PySAGA. Tool libraries are only loaded on request, what speeds-up the loading procedure of the SAGA-API enormously.
