SAGA 7.1.0 released

Dear SAGA users and friends,

we like to announce the release of SAGA version 7.1.0, which again comes with a number of new features and bug fixes. Perhaps most remarkble is the improved and simplified SAGA API interface for Python. This includes the possibility to clone a tool instead of having only access to the one instance of a tool, thus supporting multi-threaded processing within a Python script. For the GUI some effort has been done to give a more intuitive and stable colour representation of grids and grid collections.
