[saga-gis-developer] preparing a 2.3.2 release

Hi all,

I've created a 2.3 LTS branch a while ago:

This currently contains some changes to allow for correct compilation using
gcc 6 and visual studio 2015.

I'm planning to release a 2.3.2 release soon, I will review other changes
in the trunk branch soon, but if you know of important bugfixes please let
me know so I can also add them.

Note that my goal is having exactly the same interface as for version 2.3.1/
2.3.0.
