Update to SafiServer FreePBX Module

Beta version 1.1.0 is now available for download. This version adds a second menu option to FreePBX that allows you to create SafiServer entries. It will also auto-create the needed Asterisk manager configuration file with the given information. You can then select the server entry from a drop down in the Saflets section.

Now you should be able to use SafiWorkshop and SafiServer without having to edit a single config file.
