#3 Selective Access by Torrent

I would like to be able to use the safepeer hosts to
block access to torrents selectively. For instance, if
I'm running 3 different torrents, I would like to be
able to use safepeer to block access to, say, 2
torrents, and allow unrestricted access to the other.
