#3 Can´t update

Can´t update issues... when I select "Create Issues
with Approved articles" I modify issue, volume and
comment then I click save changes and this option do
nothing this stay stoped...
and when I leave blank fields say me "You forgot to
provide SAFARI with a volume and/or issue number for
your new issue. (Error Report No. 591-NVI)" but when I
put information do nothing..

Please help
