What does ver. 1.4.3 of sacd input do? All frequencis above 768k are in brackets and when I choose any of them (with PCM as output for DSD) my dac still shows 352,8 or 384 despite it is capable of playing 768. Everything up to 384 is ok, everything over it (which is in brackets) is still 352,8/384. Choosing DSD or DSD+PCM as output works ok. So those newly added frequencies do nothing in my case, they just are there (in brackets) but do not work.

Max PCM frequency is DSD frequency divided by 8. For 705.6k+ playback DSD128+ is needed.

Thanks, it worked for dsd128 and dsd256.

Another question: If I use DSD+PCM as output (for nativeDSD plus visualisations) does it matter what PCM frequency is chosen in sacd plugin? Does it change anything or is it just for pure PCM playback? If it is not of any use in DSD+PCM output, I think it should be greyed-out and not usable just like it is disabled in pure DSD output. The same applies to "volume (dB)" and "LFE (dB)" options.

Yes, it does. DSP/Visualization gets PCM with the selected samplerate and volume.
