#50 Cannot Initialize COM -> Requested Runtime to Terminate, still plays

Hi,

I've had this error with foo_input_SACD 1.1.9 too, then somehow it disappeared but now with updating to 1.1.11 it's back again and I've no idea how to solve it.

See the attached screenshot. When it starts a track, this dialog pops up and the console output state
it cannot initialize COM. As long as I don't press the OK button the track still plays but when starting the next track again the same dialog pops up (I get one for every track) so I'll end up with as many popups as there are tracks in the album if I don't press the OK button on one of the already showing error dialogs.

Please check out foo_input_sacd-1.1.11-1.zip in interim folder. What's on console output window?
