#39 foo_input_sacd doesn't work with the Foobar2000 1.4 betas

foo_input_sacd 1.0.11 doesn't work well with foobar2000 1.4xxx betas.
Some files (notably those that are DST) have many small skips and hence play back too fast by a good margin.

1.0.6 migh work without skips.

Max hasn't got around to answering, but the new 1.1.0 works well here.
