#100 Noise when encoding to DSD512

There is a noise issue when transcoding to DSD512, no matter the SDM type.
Sometimes, once used DSD512, pops up also with DSD256.

I noticed while testing with MTA and foobar as source, there was a weird peak at 18.2K at -91dB.
Captured also at 192 KHz and it's a couple of peaks, 2nd at 20.2K.
Then again at 37.4K and 39.4K, 56.6K and 58.6K at -97dB.
I can see a peak at 95K at -60dB as well.
