#69 Zero as the default value of "Output trace"

Please set 0 (zero) as the default value of "File->Preferences->Advanced->Debugging->Output trace" parameter during installation of "foo_out_asio+dsd" component.
Currently set default value of 3 produces unwanted by default "ASIOhost*.trc" files in the temp dir, rising the risk of disk overflow.

If somebody wants them for any purpose (like debugging) - let her/him consciously change the value to anything greater than zero.

        I didn't perform any completely fresh install, but the value "0" is consequently kept over multiple upgrades of foobar2000 and the asio+dsd plugin.
        So no more trace files, in my case.
        I'm still running fb2k 1.6.16 32-bit version, btw.

    File->Preferences->Advanced->Reset page button sets the Output trace parameter to 0.
