Those are not even dividers, I shouldn't think so. You can easily generate them yourself by using the SoX Samplerate Converter with your desired settings.

I vote for it! In order not to use resamplers and immediately get a native frequency multiple of 48.

Anyway, having x48000 is not possible without resampling. Seems the best thing that could be done is to automatically add resampler to DSP chain when x44100 is not supported by audio device.
