On my Sound Blaster X-Fi extreme music only support 44100, 48000, 88200, 96000
with foo_out_asio 2.1.2
use foo_input_sacd-1.2.7 will Play DSD file normal.
SACD setting:
Output Mode: DSD +PCM
PCM Samplerate: 88200
use foo_input_sacd-1.3.0(&above) Play DSD file foobar2000 console show error
Unrecoverable playback error: Sample rate of 176400 Hz not supported by this device
SACD setting are same above.

Output Mode: PCM is the only option for Sound Blaster X-Fi (it doesn't support DSD/DoP).
