#228 Volume control inoperative with DSD256

I noticed that foobar's volume control is inoperative with DSD256 files in native playback but works OK with DSD64, 128 & 512 (DSD processor 2.03), foo_out_asio+dsd 0.4.7, Savitech Bravo-HD, ESS9038Q2M.
