Hey,

I've noticed that my converted flac files from my dsd isos have had clicks at the start of every track, and it is bothersome. I remembered that the files once didn't have this issue so I investigated which versions didn't have the issues.

Turns out, there was no click at the start of converted files up to version 1.5.5, and whatever happened on version 1.5.6 has since caused this continuous bug.

Another thing to note, at the end of the example track I've provided, ver 1.5.6 and up do not have a loud click at the end like ver 1.5.5 and below have.

I hope this information was valuable in terms of getting rid of these pesky clicks.

Thank you for your time,
Parker

PS with the 1.5.5 change to 1.5.6, it seems the filtering of the pcm conversions have changed, as the two files inverted with each other do not null out.

    correction with the PS:

the files null out when i move the inverted 1.5.6 file back by one sample, excluding the clicks.

Thank you for discovering this. The part of code that prevents clicking was lost from plugin codebase. It works only for SACD-R ISO images. It it still clicks please share the source.

Thank you, Maxim. It appears everything is great with ISOs now! The only thing to note with dsf... there used to be no clicks at the start of converted tracks, which I can definitely confirm was the case with version 1.5.11. I am unable to go through the versions to find when the clicks started, but it is present with the latest interim version. I will try to go through the versions to pinpoint when it changed.

    Thanks again!

    Parker
