#202 ASIO+DSD Output stuck between formats

I am using ASIO+DSD Output v0.4.2
I have a playlist of PCM and DSD and when changing from PCM to DSD and vice-versa it sotimes get stuck and no music is played.
I have to stop restart in order for the music to play.
I've set Trace to level 3 and attached the files from %temp%
