#192 foo_out_asio+dsd popping sound with DSD128 files

Hello!

I am currently using foobar 2.0 with foo_out_asio+dsd plugin 0.3.6 and sacd input plugin 1.5.9. I can decode and playback DSD files successfully, but when using ASIO to stream DSD natively to my Fiio K9 (also to K5Pro) I get popping a popping sound. This does not present itself when playing back DSD64 files, it works fine in that case.

If I decide to set decoding of the DSD file to PCM (in the sacd input plugin) it also works fine so I believe there is something wrong with the ASIO+DSD plugin itself (might be some buffering issue).

Also in the foobar2000 console this is what I see:
Playback interrupted, source is stalling...
Playback interrupted, source is stalling...
Playback interrupted, source is stalling...

Can you please take a look? I attached a trace file as written in the readme.txt file.
